Butter Choose DAF Again

Bulk potato haulage specialist Butter UK Ltd have added a further three DAF FTGXF105.460 tractor units to their fleet, bringing the total number of DAF tractors in their fleet to eight.
The specification includes Space cab with full air management kit, 460bhp power rating and AS Tronic automated gearbox.
Paul Allen, director of Butter UK Ltd said:
“We favour the DAF product because they are achieving an average of well over eight mpg which is excellent for the type of work we do. The tractors are very well received by our drivers, and we have built a strong and friendly working relationship with Ford and Slater at Peterborough”.
The Whittlesey based tractors are covered on DAF repair and maintenance contracts.
